Withdrawal status: what the cashier is telling you
By Ilze Krūmiņa · updated October 2026
After you request a withdrawal, you see a single word — the status. Behind it are several people and systems: the payments team, compliance checks, the payment processor and your bank. Knowing what each stage means lets you tell normal waiting apart from a situation that needs action. Status names differ between cashiers, but the logic is similar.
Statuses and what they mean
| Status | What is happening | Your move |
|---|---|---|
| Requested | The request is registered but not yet reviewed | Wait; it can often be reversed here — do not do it on impulse |
| Processing | The payments team reviews the account, bonuses and history | Watch your email and account messages |
| Awaiting documents | Verification is missing or must be repeated | Upload what is requested in the account |
| Approved | The operator has agreed to pay | Wait for sending; double-check your details |
| Sent | Money handed to the bank, card processor or blockchain | Check your bank account or wallet history |
| Declined | No payout; money usually returned to your balance | Ask for the reason in writing |
Stage timings depend on the operator and the method and are stated in the cashier or terms. We deliberately do not quote hours or days — they change, and only the cashier shows what applies to you.
Why withdrawals stall
- Unfinished verification — the most common cause.
- An active bonus with wagering left, or a broken maximum-bet rule.
- A recipient mismatch — someone else's card or account.
- A method that cannot receive payouts, so the cashier needs another route such as a bank transfer.
- A withdrawal cap — the amount exceeds a daily or monthly limit and is split.
- Weekends and bank holidays — transfers may wait for the next banking day.
- An extra review triggered by unusual activity: sudden large bets, many payment methods, changed account details.
Wait or act
A simple rule: while the status keeps moving within the time stated in the cashier, wait. If it stalls beyond that time, or support gives conflicting answers, act in writing. State the request date, amount, method and current status, and ask two questions: what exactly is holding the payout, and what do you need from me? That message gets a concrete answer far more often than "where is my money?". A template is on Contacting support.
"Sent" but nothing arrived
Once the operator has sent the money, it is in transit between the payment processor and your bank. Ask support for the transaction reference or proof of transfer and take it to your bank. For crypto, ask for the transaction hash and check it in a blockchain explorer. If a transfer went to the wrong network or address, it usually cannot be recovered — which is why you check the wallet address before requesting, not after.
If the dispute remains unresolved after all of this, the next step is a formal complaint — see Complaints. The whole cashier logic is on Payments and Withdrawals.
