Most casino reviews start with games and bonuses. We start at the other end — the moment you want your money back. That is where most questions come up: why is my withdrawal "processing"? Why do they want another document? Where did the bonus winnings go? This site answers those questions before your first deposit, in general terms that apply wherever you play from.
What Vavada is and what this site is
Vavada is a well-known international gambling brand. casinovavada.info is not its site and is not owned by it: we are an independent review in Latvian, Russian and English. We take no bets, process no payments and do not speak for the operator. So you will not find promises about payout times or bonus percentages here — the operator sets those, and they are visible in the cashier and terms.
A note on the buttons: "Go to the offer" leads to an operator chosen by the affiliate network, which may not be Vavada. Before registering, check which company is named in the terms of the site that opens. How we earn money is explained on Affiliate disclosure.
The cashier: method types to look for
International cashiers typically offer cards, bank transfers, pay-by-bank, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers and crypto. This is a list of what to look for, not a statement about your account.
| Method | Guide |
|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard | Visa · Mastercard |
| Bank transfer | Bank transfer |
| Open banking | Open banking |
| E-wallets and vouchers | Skrill · Paysafecard |
| Crypto and Bitcoin | Crypto · Bitcoin |
The set of methods and the limits depend on the account — check the cashier.
Why withdrawals stall — the short version
Almost always it is one of three things. Verification is unfinished — ID, proof of address, proof of payment method. A bonus with unfinished wagering is active. Or the money is going to someone other than the account holder. If a request is already waiting, every status is explained on Withdrawal status, and the full process on Withdrawals.
Bonus or no bonus
A bonus increases your balance but ties it to wagering, a maximum bet and a deadline. Illustrative numbers: a bonus of 50 with wagering of 35 means 1,750 in bets before the bonus money can be withdrawn. If you play slots regularly, that may be reasonable. If you prefer live tables or want to test a withdrawal early, depositing without a bonus is often better. The maths is on Wagering; all bonus types on Bonuses.
Games we cover
Eight games from the catalogue have their own pages: the theme, how to read the paytable and how the game interacts with wagering. We deliberately leave out the provider and RTP — check them in the game's information panel on your account.
What is convenient and what to watch
Convenient
- You can skip the bonus and play your own money with no wagering
- The cashier and terms can be read before the first deposit
- The catalogue includes both slots and live formats
Worth watching
- Check the licence and the licensing regulator before you register
- The first withdrawal requires verification — prepare documents early
- Methods and limits vary by account; the cashier has the final word
Checking a licence yourself
Every licensed operator names its licensing regulator and licence number in the terms or the site footer. Most regulators publish a public register where you can confirm that the licence is active and covers the domain you are using. Compare the company name in the terms with the register entry. Whether gambling at a particular site is permitted where you live is decided by your local law, not by the operator. Disputes are covered on Complaints, fake addresses on Vavada mirrors.

If gambling stops being fun
Deposit and time limits are easiest to set on day one. For a break, use the account's self-exclusion tool and, where your country has one, the national self-exclusion register. Free online support is available from Gambling Therapy, and Gamblers Anonymous runs meetings in many countries. More on Responsible gambling.
