How to deposit: three decisions hidden in one button
By Ilze Krūmiņa · updated October 2026
A deposit looks like a single click, but it contains three decisions that later shape your withdrawal: the account currency, the payment method and whether you accept a bonus. This guide walks through a first deposit so you do not have to fix anything a week later.
Before you open the cashier
- Set the amount. Not "how much I could win" but how much you can lose on an evening's entertainment without regret.
- Check your profile. Name and date of birth must match your passport or national ID exactly.
- Set a limit. If the account offers a deposit limit, switch it on now; it is harder to do after a win or a loss.
Step by step
- Open the cashier, choose "Deposit" and confirm the account currency.
- Pick a method: a card, open banking, a bank transfer, an e-wallet, a voucher or crypto.
- Enter the amount and look for any fee or minimum shown for that method.
- Decide on the bonus — check whether the box is ticked by default.
- Approve the payment with your bank, wallet or the 3-D Secure window.
- Wait for the balance to update and keep the confirmation.
The set of methods and the limits depend on the account — check the cashier.
The bonus box decides your withdrawal
Accepting a deposit bonus usually means accepting wagering: a certain amount must be bet before bonus money becomes withdrawable. With illustrative numbers: deposit 50, bonus 50, wagering 35 times the bonus — that is 1,750 in bets. Until it is done, withdrawals may be blocked or may cancel the bonus. If you play occasionally or want to test a withdrawal early, depositing without a bonus is often the better choice. Details: Wagering.
When money leaves but does not arrive
| What you see | Likely reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Payment declined by the bank | Card security filter or online limit | Check card settings in online banking or call the bank |
| Money taken, balance unchanged | Payment still with an intermediary | Keep the statement and contact support with payment details |
| Error before the bank window | Method unavailable for your account | Choose another method from the cashier |
| Credited in a different currency | Wrong account currency | Contact support before depositing again |
When you write to support, include the date, amount, method and the payment reference from your statement. If money was taken and support cannot trace it, contact your bank as well — it has tools to see where the payment stopped.
Three habits that protect your future withdrawal
- Use only your own payment methods. A partner's or parent's card is a third-party payment at withdrawal time.
- Stick to one method. Each method may need separate verification, and withdrawals may be split between them.
- Never deposit to "win it back". That is no longer an entertainment budget — see Responsible gambling.
Once your deposit is in, the next thing worth understanding is the withdrawal. The full cashier overview is on Payments.
